This family-friendly home is right across the street from PSJ Bay.

You can easily access the beach and Windmark's trendy downtown area, The Mill with the golf cart and bikes we've made available.

We were lucky enough to be able to stay 2 months at this home and what a treasure it is!!! If you want a comfortable home to stay at the beach, this is it! The house is beautifully decorated, well equipped and spotless!! Just pack your clothes because it has EVERYTHING a you will need for your stay. Derek responded quickly to any inquiry and has thought of everything to ensure that guests have a great stay. You are not just renting a house you truly are renting a home. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!!

Fabulous vacation spot! We loved the easy access to a gorgeous quiet beach with white sand and shells and gentle waves; loved the beautiful warmly heated and quiet community pool and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our family of 7, it’s comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The golf cart, paddle board and beach toys were a huge added bonus! Wonderful start to 2023

Derek was very responsive and great to work with throughout the entire stay.

Great house and location!! The house has everything you need - kitchen stocked with all the supplies, super comfy beds, laundry room, cleaning supplies and all the beach gear/items you could possibly need PLUS a golf cart! Easy walk, or golf cart ride, to the beach, pool and neighborhood restaurant area. Derek was very responsive and great to work with throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Found the absolutely perfect place to stay in an amazing neighborhood. The house itself is maybe a three minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the main street with restaurants and resort style pool area. The house itself is decorated with great attention to detail with a beachy theme throughout. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen well stocked for anyone wanting to prepare meals in house. The in-law suite was a definite bonus as well as the golf cart, paddle board and beach supplies.

Derek was a fabulous host. Great at communication. The house was immaculately cleaned. The in-law suite was a huge bonus with extra kitchen/laundry room. Our favorite thing was all the amenities the host shared with us: the golf cart, the paddle board, bikes, beach stuff, yeti cooler, etc. The beach is so close you can walk & the neighborhood pool (with playground!) is huge. Our kids enjoyed fishing in the neighborhood as well as riding their bikes to get ice cream. Perfect location. Hope to visit again!
